I tow my 26 ft. travel trailer on level 2 and it works well. Level 2 is what EDGE says to use for towing.

Also what shift pressure do you guys run level 2 or 3? That is if you change it.
I ran stock level 2 briefly and have been running a custom level 3 for 3 weeks. I will try a custom level 2 at some point but still haveing fun with what I am running. I have the shift points at 5250 for shifts 1 and 2, then 5000 for third. Max rpm is 5600 and speed at 110. I have the timing bumped 1.0 as I am running 93 octane. The shift pressure is at a +12 and the fuel at WOT is 1.8.

Red face RE: EDGE programmer help...

I appologize for posting in this forum! I thought it was a place to turn to to get help and support from actual users, I was wrong though. It is a place to post a receive negative comments and bashing by members. I appreciate those who posted positive comments and I will not post in these forums again asking for help. Seriously dissapointed!

You can't take any thing to personal here. Sometime you need to turn on the BS filter. Sorry to see you go.

What did I say negative?

Quote me right here, right now, with my negative statement!

Where is it?

All I did was offer to buy this product from you that you say doesn't work, and can't get help with.

How am I negative?

Seems to me you are the one being negative.

Kool... please drop it.

I have to concur with the OP that you often come off as very abrasive. While you may not mean to, it's easy as pie to take things out of context when you're reading them in text rather than speaking face to face with an individual. I think that you'll concur with me on that notion...

With that in mind, let's just let this drift off into oblivion... okay?

As the other folks have posted, if you were happier with an earlier version of the updates, go back to it. Nothing says you have to run the latest tune from Edge. Also, the Edge allows you to customize any of the tunes to suit your preferences. Maybe if you played around with it for a while, you might be able to edit some settings to get the performance to a level you are happier with.

As for Edge's tech support, I personally haven't had any trouble with them. But tech support is exactly that. They can't fix you being unhappy with the product... but if you had issues getting it to work, or needed assistance editing your own custom tune, they may be more willing to help you. Just my 2 pesos.

make sure you have the correct tire and gear setting. do the tire size calculation before setting it. mine had the wrong setting and made a big difference.
