Have you had any problems with the HID retro kit? Did you make a case for your ballest? Does not look that way from your pictures..

I build my own OEM HID system for the fogs using Lexus HID parts. The Lexus Denzo ballast is a water tight and weather proof ballast. So far so good on my end.

There is quite a bit of glare, but it's not horribly worse then putting 9005 SS bulbs in the fog lights.

Im going for the fogs only. I dont want to be blinding people with them in my headlights. I have to find a good matching headlight bulb for the HID fogs.

Check my gallery...think I got some pics in there. If not, let me know, Ill shoot some pics over. I have the McCulloh H13 kit and have no problems. I even got into an accident involving headlights being replaced...HID's are still working like nothing ever happened.

I installed the 8000k in my fogs the other day and is was a cake walk. Went tonight to do my headlights and the bulbs didn't want to fit inside the assembly. I had to do a little filing and after about an hour they were said and done. Like them so far, I want to do a little touchup work on them before I take a picture. They look great driving.

Does anyone know...while I am driving with my regular low beams on, and fog lights, I have a really dim "high beam" indicator on the dash. At first I thought **** I hooked them up to the wrong wire, but then flashed my high beams and everything went off. Just like it should, and the "high beam" indicator got bright. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks and I'll have pics soon!
