the uniballs arent designed for comfort, they are for strength. look at the new heimed steering also, thats a weaker area of the trucks stock that other manufacturers havent dealt with in terms of offroad strength

so no yellow truck, CST isnt some stupid overpriced lift, its function over form.

id consider RiZE to be offroadable inits 6-8 inch variants. i wouldnt take their 12" off road, i was one of hte first to see it in public at a show (could have been a 10 i am not sure, it was socal truck jam spring 05 with the vinyl wrapped expedition), its not badly made, just too much tire to handle with IFS. their 6-8's are solid, but not on the level as CST, but surely above the level of fabtech and pro comp. unless you are ready to lay down a re-damn-diculous smackdown off pavement, rize will do you well, every lift has its place.

for the record patshea, jeeps n fords is not an idiot, hes just oldschool. some of his stuff is disagreeable (we all make mistakes), but he has other good things to say. dont make the mistake of the coal calling the kettle black . .

isnt the reason for lifting a truck to get more ground clearance for off roading? sure, some people lift their trucks just to make em look cool but that doesnt serve the purpose of the lift.

Most people get lifts to clear larger tires which in turn increases ground clearance. .
