According to reviews, including one on this site by Josiah, Flowmasters lose low end torque. The Magnaflows preserve your low end torque while improving the sound and flow. Of course, I'm biased, I love my Magnaflow.

I am expecting a few things in the few weeks, two of which are a Corsa Exhaust and AEM Brute Force intake. I am doing a baseline dyno run and one after each mod to show gains/losses.

Should be fun. Truck has had a tame exhaust for too long.

Actually, with me being familiar with the Mustang world......these CAI's are producing much better results on the F150's than the Mustangs. On them, your lucky to get 10-12rwhp and about the same torque.

These systems for our trucks(since the stocker is so freakin' restrictive) are netting anywhere from 20-40rwhp and 30-50rwtq. The higher numbers usually with a tune of course. But that's definately nothing to scoff at and definately worth the money.

I have always been impartial to Flowmaster on my Mustangs, so I purchased a SI/DO Flowmaster Super 40 #9530452 and had a custom exhaust system done up and it sounds awesome. Very throaty and deep down low, and whisper quiet at cruising speed. For air intake, I also went back to what I know works the best on my Cobra and went with the JLT.

I'm love my JBA EVOL exhaust. I am also running a K&N FIPK II kit. Sounds great when you give it some gas but nice and mild when idleing.

I just installed the AFE System, I have always been a big AFE fan because of my Diesel trucks. I'm really really impressed with the application for our Fords, I would highly recommend this. Real great sound. I have a Corsa exhaust system being shipped to me, should arrive mid next week, I will keep you posted on that. From what I heard these are awesome, but a little pricey.

Also AFE has stood behind their product, any issues they have great tech support and will help in anyway possible.

I have the Fram Boost2 on my truck and love it. I notice a bit more response from the pedal when accelerating and have seen minor improvements in the gas milage (would be more but my foot keeps getting stuck in that pedal).

Overall a very good product.
