But I am trying to figure out what to use for my bumper grill. I am not sure if a bar style grill will look good. Does anyone have some ideas? Thanks.

I am brand new to F150online, and don't know if what I am responding to is politically correct, but I just installed a bar grille to both the upper and bumper on my '01 f150, and am getting a loud wine, or tone sound, like a semi sounds, from his tires going down the highway, coming into the cab at 28 - 45 MPH. The grille looks great, but wondering if anyone can help remidy problem or has had the same experience.

Do you have any pics of the grill on your truck?It may look better on your red FX4But there is a true blue FX4 down the street from me with that same grill.It doesn't look good on the true blue FX4 because it is the only exterior mod and the only chrome piece on the truck.The chrome grill just doesn't look good or flow with the theme on an otherwise stock FX4.
But it may look better on a red FX4 or with other chrome mods?Maybe?

 

I have a pic at home...i will post it this week. My truck is actually dark shadow grey. I have chrome side steps also. What I was trying to figure out though was what kind of gril to put in the bumper.
