Yeah, that's reason enough to build up a formula. Heh. Put some poor import kid to shame. You should stay in your league with a muscle car like that. Kind of like the Yankees playing the bad news bears. That'll show 'em!

Eh, I dunno, he might've missed the 2-3 shift if he was still stock. There's no way you should've won that race, esp with the mods in your sig. I won't say anymore other than if you did win, (and since I wasn't there to see it, we'll go with you did) you beat the driver, not the truck.

i have no illusions that my truck is faster than the dodge. his motivations for losing on purpose or lack of driving skill aint my problem

I doubt he let you win.I'd say your truck is fast enough to make up for his lack of diving skill.
With some gears and a little more boost you could probably beat a stock SRT10 with a good driver.
No matter what it was a good kill.

I have a friend who has a 92 dakota regular cab shortbed. He put a 360 in it and redid the barrel intake, hopped everything up and threw on a paxton supercharger. That truck being a shortbed regular cab he had extreme difficulty hooking up traction wise. Man that truck was scary fast. I wonder how well the srt-10 hooks up having that much weight disparity front to rear, not that it makes a difference to you dusting it. I'd be nervous driving that truck. I've seen some on the road and they sure do have a high center of gravity.

Nice kill bro.

Everything I've heard about those SRT-10's is that they aren't all they are cracked up to be. I'd like to see some actual track times from various owners of them.

A stock SRT10 with a good driver can run mid 13's.

Go visit the SRT boards. Some of them are getting into the 12's stock.

Just like some people here manage to get into the low 14's with an edge or X-Cal 2.
