Tranny just took a crap

I got my 07 weekend warrior superlite 25ft last week. Planned a nice memorial day weekend at lake isabella in CA. Load up this morning head out of town. About 30 min outside of town the tranny temp on the edge goes from 199 to 230 in about 5 min going up a 7% grade and I start hearing this horrible noise from underneath. Let off the gas and it goes away get back on the gas and the truck slams itself back into 2nd. Get to the top of the grade and pullover to check all the fluid levels everything looks great and no leaks. So I let it cool town. Take off again and hear the noise, a rattling from the tranny. So now Im back at home no vacation last weekend (pismo meet) and no vacation this weekend. Ive complained about this tranny since day 1 had it in 3 times for tranny problems. Maybe Ill get a new one now after only 32K miles.

This is one of those things that makes you go hmmm. Was it the Edge that made your tranny blow up? Hmmm.

Do our tranny's have a defense to reverse dropout at a certain speed. Good luck with your tranny, I'm sure you can guess why I'm asking.
