Procomp VS Fabtech

Whats the difference? I have the procomp 6" w/ coilovers and I love it! Is it just a personal preference or what? I know a lot about suspension but I could never really understand the difference between the two.

only difference that I know is how the subframes are made, IMO the fabtech subframe is alittle beefier. It is all welded vice the rolled subframe on the procomp. IMO the fabtech shock are better also.
