Good to hear you came out alive, and I agree, that's not right that your truck re-started. It's anybody's guess what happens after an impact like that though.

You know, the back is nothing to mess around with after an accident. You should have gone to the hospital right away and been checked out. I say go to the emergency room, get checked out, get the MRI, and worry about the insurance later. You may have to pay an emergency room fee, but that's a small price to pay if something is wrong and the MRI keeps you from messing yourself up really bad.

Good luck, and I hope all works out for you and your new truck/car/auto.

Wow, very glad no one was hurt. Looks horrible. Any interest in selling your one good wheel? Im looking for an 18" spare so i dont mind comsetic damages to it.

my insurance company wants to keep the truck for awhile to investigate the fire/restarting issue...
