Performance drops info/?

Anyone have there F-150 lowered with Ground Force components? What are your opinions on them. Are there any other companies that do performance drops for the newer F-150s?

Thanks

There are quite a few companies that offer lowering kits for out trucks.

Ground Force: The more expensive kit; Offers different drop levels
BellTech:
Cheaper kit. "SmokenF150" has that drop kit on his truck.

DJM:
DJM is a good kit. Middle of the road price. Offers flip kit for rear and lower control arms for the front. The lower control arms are stronger than the factory cast, aluminum arms.. Nice kit.. Also the lowest kit.. 3.5 front and 5 rear.. APPROX.
Eibach: They sell a kit also.. I havent heard of anyone with a new f150 that has tried their kit..
McGaughys: (Pronounced McGoy's) also makes a kit for our truck.. I think it used new springs up front and new leafs in the rear... The new leafs arent as strong as the stock leafs.. so you may compromise a few hundred lbs. of payload capacity..

Lots of kits out there.. Do alot of research before you buy..

I went with ground force because its a high quality kit... bolt right up.. and the price I got mine for couldn't be beat!

Like McGaughy's

I have the McGaughy's 2/4 drop in mine, rides sweet and about 2-300 less than the Ground Force, or DJM kit........

I have the 2/4 groundforce kit and I love it. It handles great and it was no problem towing my 25' pontton boat. Ground force is more expensive because it includes bilsteen front struts and ground force rear shocks. I researched and this was the kit I settled on, it was either this or the Roush 2/3 kit

Right on....yea the McGaughy's utilizes the factory shocks. At somepoint I will probably upgrade to some Bilsteins that I priced out a $120 a pair....

Curious about the ride height differance between the 4x4(FX4) and 4x2?
Are the fronts the same height and the rear is higher due to 2" blocks?
Thanks.
