well i work at nite with around 25-30 other guys so we have lots of cars and trucks. So far on my list of kills are

2004 jeep wrangler
2003 dodge ram 4x4(w/hemi)
2006 dodge charger(v6)
2005 f150 xlt(stock)
1998 crown vic
1997 toyota celica

my one loss(multiple times)
2004 Titan with 4.10 gears, hes my only one left on the list(nobody else really has a fast car, and we have to test out all the new vehicles we get). The hemi came the closest to beating me and if we had went a quarter mile he probably would have. I had him out of the hole, but when we stopped racing(close to 1/8) he was maybe 5 feet behind my front bumper.

 

I beat a Schwinn last weekend. You should have seen the look on that kid's face when I blew by him, he couldn't believe it!

i appreciate the comments, good or bad. Ive seen people posting about all kinds of kills on here, even some ive disagreed with(titan kills). It all depends on what the car you are racing has done to it. These are all just regular cars from my workplace. Only me and the titan have any work done to them, though the crown vic has duals. The titan has borla exhuast and airaide intake, same as myself. I want to to get the 4.30 gears if they are available for the rear end, ive gotta check the search when i get a chance.

 

I personally wouldn't call any of those "fast", but everyone's got a different interpretation of what's fast. IMO fast doesn't begin until you have a 1/4 mile time under 15 seconds.

More than a car length (meaning his front bumper was behind your rear bumper) is a considerable win in a 1/8th mile race.

Sounds like you guys are having some fun though... nobody I work with would be up for anything like that.

yeah, im not saying im in any way fast, especially with those speed boggers i call rims im toting, but i didnt buy the truck for 5.0 0-60's. Its just nice to have that little extra when i need it. The gears are gonna be my last go fast mod. Im ordering an 06 front next week and then going with a roll pan and paint job(nothing flashy, most likely cherry red with some flake). Also gonna be shaved all the way around and painted mirrors, etc. I know talking doesnt mean anything so when i get everything i will keep posted as i go.

Only the Titan so far..... Well I guess you'll need a couple of more mods?

Its still nice to know that are BIG, HEAVY trucks can beat others.

 

Hey, 6 out of 7 ain't bad...

I've still been trying to find a Titan to play with, but haven't had any luck. I blew the doors off a V-8 durango the other day, started the run from a slow roll, and watched him take off on me. I caught up with him in seconds and left him in the dust. Gotta love the extra boost!

Thats about as impressive as some of the kills on his list. I had an 04 Wrangler Sahara and that was THE slowest thing I have ever driven. It was great for what it was made for but speed wasn't it...I could have clocked my 0-60 with it using a sun dial.

This is as follows

2500hd, suprisingly to me I beat it. I dont know why. He was trying too! I was pulling away from him at the end

cobalt- I think it was the supercharged version as well. Had the wing and body kit on it like the s/c does. We raced from the line and when he shifted to 2nd its when i got him, I pulled from him. I dont think they knew how to drive in all honesty.

This was before i had the rims on

 

I beat a 2500hd, posted about it a while back. Pulled on him pretty easily.
