Seriously I carried it in and showed the dealer what it was doing back right after I bought the truck and got the "Ford is working on a fix" speach, after that I relized it only did it with the AC off so I didn't worry about it. Actually I need to see if its still doing it...I haven't even tried it since I bought my tuner.
Thats an odd fix, I really can't see how that'd help but I'm open to any suggestions. I'll be trying it tomorrow. Thanks.

Don't think it will work on your problem. If you engage the A/C the engine idle goes up slightly. Not as much on these trucks as say a car from the 70's-80's. Still, it is an old trick to smooth out a rough idle. The increase in RPM can move the idle into a more stable range.
But 200 RPM like you are wavering is more than that should change.
