My brakes have always been like this and he knows it so its not cause of the wheels and tires. Think about it though, bigger tires/wheels is basically like pulling a trailor, these trucks were meant to pull trailors all day long forever. But, if your dealers won't warranty anything if you have aftermarket parts they are commiting a crime and could get into some serious trouble. .

My brake pedal goes to the floor. The squeal and brake dust is a Ford trait and can only be fixed by ceramic pads so I really wouldn't make a big deal about that. When your in reverse, its supposed to whine a little bit. Last but not least about the smell, you probally have a bad(s) catalytic converter(s). Just a hint of advice, don't 'thrash' the dealer you're not going to get any where doing that. Just remember, its not really the dealer's fault about any of your trucks problems

If you do lemon law your truck, if you don't want to keep your bull bar, hit me up please!

sorry to hear about the problem with your truck Thump, the Lemon law is a pain in the butt to go through, but if you have as many problems as you say you have, then it shouldn't be a big problem to get you into a new truck (hopefully)

a question though about the Lemon Law. I know you have an 04 truck. Being that it's over one year old now does it still qualify for the Lemon Law being thats its 2006 now? I know when I lemon Lawed my truck back in 05, they told me I made it just in time before the one year mark ran out. Can you still pull the lemon card out still for it's age?

I too have had issues with my 04, on a positive note, this truck is a 1000 times better than the pos 02 F-150 I had previous, on the negative side, Ford's quality is garbage, just because this is a new model is no excuse, Ford will cost cut this truck death to increase profits and pull the wool over every ones eye's with the Built Ford tough slogan, at the end of the day, the Ford ship is sinking faster than the Ford built bandaides..
