I emailed www.fordparts.com, showed them a picture of the damage and they gave me the following replacement part numbers:

6L3Z-1522405-BA HANDLE ASSEMBLY - DOOR -
F85Z-1521990-BB LOCK CYLINDER WITH K

These parts are supposed to be exact replacements including black color and keyless entry. Ken at www.fordparts.com was extremely helpful.
jrack04, like you i really just want to replace the same two pieces from your picture in black. Were those part numbers right? How long did it take to get to you?

Actually I haven't placed the order yet. I haven't been able to verify the parts but I'm pretty sure those part numbers are correct, though I don't know if anything would change between 2004 and 2006.

I searched for that lock part number and it came up with a ignition lock. I think I found both parts on Fordparts for $89.45 and then I'd just need someone to re-key it.

I've had three breakins in the last 14 months on my car that does have an alarm. People never even bother turning their heads when they hear alarms you think they scare thieves? I don't find them to be enough of a deterrent to warrant the cost. That's my opinion. I'm moving up to the boobie trap stage, break in at your own risk. VOLTS, BABY VOLTS! ZAP!

from what everybody else has said.. comp claims still raise your rates.... you're better just fixing it "out of pocket."

With State Farm comp claims certainly do not raise your rates (at least here in GA...we all should keep in mind Ins Laws are different from state to state). The only thing claim that can raise your rate is a collision claim.
