New Body Style

I read recently that the F-150 will be redesigned again in 2009. Does anyone have any idea at all what the new ones will look like?

As much as I love the 2004+ models, I really liked the '97-2003 style better, and I'm looking forward to seeing what's next.

Thanks.

I don't think you'll find many people on the 04-06 F150 forum who agree with you that the 97-03 F150 looks better...we really love our trucks! The next one will look even better than the current ones, I'm sure. By the time the 2009's come out, I will probably be in an F250 Diesel.

Same here, except it will not fit in my garage with the 6" lift it will have.

I've wanted a diesel as well, didn't know so many people share interest in them. I too hope one is in my garage by then, or my current truck is charged on 37's with train horns.

The 2004+ trucks are the 97-03 on steroids.

That was one of the selling points for buying my current truck.

Is it not true?

Man, it would be great if Ford jumps on the same idea as the current Dodge Power Wagon. That 2500 is sweet! Dialed in for off roading right outta the gate!

I have to admit, if the Power Wagon had a decent back seat and fit in my garage, it would have been a closer call for who came home with me last December.

I think its got more in common with the SDs than the old F150s.

Maybe its more of a Super Duty on Estrogen.

What i heard!!!

i build the seats for the f150 here in missouri for 5 years now. i've been thru three models changes. i hear the model change will happen for 2008. lear who i work for will no longer supply seats to ford in mid 2007. jci has the new contract and will supply ford their seats. this change will coincide with the down time for the model change. but you never know, this might change.

What?

Been sniffin' fumes of some sort? The 2004 is a real truck. It looks like a real truck. The 2003 body style kept me from buying a Ford. It looked like a chick truck. Too soft and rounded.
I mean no offense. Just my opinion.
