How many people have removed their Autospring because of problems?

THANKS Freaky! I would have been pissed if I would have seen this after buying an AutoSpring. I will be sure to post how great the Top gun is when its in next week.

Well,
I have the smallest spacer without any problems. The reason that he has re-designed these things is that the larger ones do hit. I have talked to Kevin at other times, and he seems alright to me. Compared to the cost of the other leveling kits out there, this one is the best bang for your buck. All this said, I do not regret the install. 100 bucks for something like this, and I install myself...worth it. I can see why you are angry, but going into this, I did not expect much customer support.

Sorry to hear that yours is giving you trouble.

Right. I have original tires and wheels without the added weight, so as long as I stick with that, I should be fine. Freeky, don't think that I am siding with Kevin on this one, especially after reading his reply to ya. I just did not expect much in return if I needed help.
Edit: I also only have the 1 5/8 inch spacer, so even more clearance.

Regardless of what you said to him in your mail of bashing him on this site, he being the owner and a business person should never respond to any customer in that way. I mean, how many people here have ever been in a Supervisory position and ever treated a pain in the A$$ employee like that? He needs to be professional all the way to the end, no matter what you say about him.
The best thing for him, after you said you were going to bash him on this site would be to respond in a professional, calm manner, not act like a 10 year old. I can tell you this, I don't agree with what you said, but again, he had the chance to shine and make you look bad, but in turn he made you look like an Angel with that stupid non-professional reply. I can promise you I won't be buying anything from him.
just my 0.02

Wow
I was thinking about an autospring but now I think I will save for a Skyjacker 3" or Ranchos. I'm sorry, but I can't trust a product from an owner that talks to a customer like that, regardless of what freeky said.
I hate it when companies believe their product is so great that people will buy it regardless of how they act. I know a lot of guys with F150s who want to level their trucks and I will no longer be reccomending Autospring as the way to do it.
I like to help a small business but if they are going to mess with their customers
than they deserve to get steamrolled by the big guys!

Now, that's what you called customer service. Specially this Waah, Waah stuff.
I don't know what you said to him in your email, but if he can't help you in any way. He could have at least reply in a proper manner. Not the kind of response i'd like to read when asking for assistance as a customer. Glad i went to ez lift. no problem so far. My 02.

I agree, he needs to work on his customer service skills. I called him over a year ago and ordered a 2" kit. He was very friendly on the phone and answered my questions so I ordered the kit. I had looked at it on Ebay several times but had questions. When I got the kit, they had changed the way the blocks were welded between the top and bottom plates. I wasn't too impressed with the welds either. I decided then that I wasn't going to put the kit on my truck.
I've got a brand new autospring set sitting on my kitchen table. Had I seen this a week ago, I doubt I would have paid my hard earned money to support a company like that. It's ashame this guy promotes his product referring to this website in the ebay ad and then slams a member who paid for his product and has a legit issue. He's now going to have to stand up for his actions. Seems he may have a bit of an ego with the all praise he has gotten here. I'm trying to not take sides on this but when he publicly praises a member for writing directions that Autospring SHOULD have done themselves (the directions ARE awesome aaron) and then ignores another member who has an honest claim I find that a bit jive.
As far as the kit being homemade, that's a bit moot to me. I couldn't make this in my basement, so $100 was worth paying someone else to do that. But yeah it does look a little ghetto.
In the end, Kevin gets a TON of exposure here for his kit and in return he MAKES money off of us AND has us promote his product furthering his profits. So my opinion is that it is also fair he get a TON of exposure for his behavior. At the very least he owes freeky an apology for the disrespect (public or not) of a paying customer.
Sorry for the long post, but this stuff really gets me fired up. Make it right Kevin and we can hopefully all get along happily afterwards
