BTW: My truck weighs 5700lbs with a 1/4 tank of gas and me in it.
Most of the major magazines feature tests on various simulation modules. The last one I can remember dated a few months back and was completed by Road and Track. They found the Gtech to be off by nearly .6 of a second in either direction (total 1.2 sec range). That is an eternity in quarter times...

Let's just say I wouldn't hang my hat on a Gtech time. Just don't go racing a Dodge or Nissan for pink slips based on your results!

Try reading this test. Car and Driver

If you have a link to a test showing the Gtech to be over 1 sec off, please post the link. Until then, I'll trust the testing I've read and the guys that have used one at the track.

BTW, I know how I stack up against the Hemis and Titans. I've raced them.

Titans are pretty tough, but the limited slip rear gives us a slight advantage that's usually enough. Their gearing is what helps them out so much.

Any Hemi truck of similar configuration hasn't been a problem, especially with those heavy 20s some of them come with. The reg cabs are can be tough though.

Both of those are assuming they aren't modded much. The Titans don't have any tuning available to help them out, and from what I've heard, the Hemi tuners don't do much for them either. Just keep in mind, there's always someone faster out there.

The next performance mod for me, 4.56 gears and some sticky 30" tall tires.
