LT handles!

Many thanks to the people that steered me towards these though. My first mod other than the EDGE programmer.

Note the peeling emblem:

The only tech tip I have that I have not seen posted for the install is to use a magnetized awl (leather punch) to poke the E-clip off the lock cylinder To free the lock rod. It worked VERY well, and ended much frustration and forum searching.

Truck looks great. I'm getting use to the round fog lights.

Side note: Its sad Ford is still putting peeling badges on the 06 I have both of mind peeling. The dealership wants me to bring in the truck to look at them.
Then come back when they have them. Like I have two damn days to spend at the dealership. (they don't give loaners) Rant over!!
Back to regularly schedule program!!

Looks great man...

How long did it take you to do the install? How hard was it?

I bought them pre-painted since the Mark LT is available in Oxford White. It took me about three hours total to install them. I was really taking my time trying not to break anything. I had to come back inside and do a search a couple times to make sure I was dissassembling it right. Then I invented my own trick for the lock cylinder on the driver's side. The result is flawless.

Another common Mod

Lookie what I found on the front porch when I got home from the end of a 70+ hour work week today.

After I sleep until noon tomorrow, I'll have installed pics.

I don't, and have no plans to add them to my truck.
