I thought I would throw my 2 sence in. first off it sounds like they got excelent customer service. you will find more and more people that say update your software or computer. it has been my experience that as a computer becomes 6 or 7 years old you will find it harder and harder to find software compatable with it. you will also have more problems such as gliches and computer errors and freeze ups ect. I usually start planning for a new computer after it is 6 years and replace it by 8 years. I thinkit is time to think of upgrading. it makes as much sence to keep a computer 10 years or more as it dose to try to own your F150 for over 15 years. sure some people might do it but you must expect problems. but I am glad to hear they have such good customer service to write a fix for you. most companies would not do this. I have been thinking of getting me one of these edge tuners and am leaning more and more tword them the more good things I hear about them. I will probably get me one but I will be waiting for them to work out the bugs.
