Looks like you will need to cut your own key pad hole?

You buy them for either the front doors, or in the case of the SCrew, the rear door ( no key hole ).

Read the text, they are installed with 3M tape
They actually are door handle covers not door handles. Don't know how well that would work out.

They have 'em available with the keyhole, just no keypad.

The chome covers already out use 3M tape and I have not heard of any real problems with them coming off. A guy could use a couple of the ford spray paint can and at least get the doors up to par with the rest of the truck.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU ELLITISTS WHO CAN GET THE LT HANDLES FOR YOUR COLOR OF TRUCK!

I'm just going with a stock handle, and painting it to match.
This is what I did with my '01 tailgate handle on my Silver SCrew.

Good ole' www.paintscratch.com, they list my color by the wrong name :
Charcoal Beige Metallic Clearcoat ( that is Dark Stone ), but the stuff matches and works great.

Still have some flex added primer and clear, just need the T7 color match.

Works out great, just need a dust free area, and remember to wet sand between coats, up to the 2nd to last clear coat.
Get an extra, and take your time sanding it smooth, prior to painting. I sanded mine down to 1200 grit wet sand, and between coats used 2000 grit wet sand for finish work. Same would work with the LT handle, just 320 down the surface, and work up to 1200 grit, and paint away.

they look like a cheap security fix if you're looking to prevent a thief from breaking into your truck by simply busting out the lock cylinder. Just get the handle cover that covers the key hole and just use your remote keyfob to unlock/lock your truck.

Would one 12.5oz spray can do all four door handle covers?

You should velcro them on so when your buddy tries to open the door you could pull a little prank on him or her.
