The lights used are Ford's Superduty clearance lights. I measured the spacing from a superduty but set them back 5 inches instead of 4 inches. I did this because of the different slope of the f150. (they don't look to forward)
Bought them from Cabelas for $44 plus shipping. Installed myself and tapped into the driver side parking light. Took about 4 hours to complete. Most of the time was being sure of measurements and alignment.

1-Remove the two pillar covers.
2-Remove the two covers for your suicide doors. (this is if you have the extended cab)
3-Remove over head storage bin, light and 4 torx screws.
4-Remove sun visors
5-Let head liner sag.
I did all the prep work of extending the leads to the lights before installation. I also made the final crimps in the pillar cover and grounded under the dash so if something happens I don't have to drop the liner again.
I hope this helps you out.................

Install...
I did this mod about a year ago as soon as I bought my truck. You can actually buy a set of these lights at any auto parts store. I believe it was the first mod I did. You really just have to remove the sunvisors to drop the headliner down. The easiest way to mark is to get some paiinters tape and put it on the roof in a line from the windshield straight back. Then place the lights on the tape and mark for your holes. It might be better and sturdier to buy some other bolts along with some nuts to make sure they stay in place. Make sure you od not mess it up because it is a permanent alteration to your truck. Once they are installed just run your main power line acroos the headliner (passenger side to drivers side. Then down the A pillar and tap into the parking light wire on the headlight control panel. It is a really nice mod once it is done.
