Rear Window Rattle with Manual Slider

Mine is heading back to the dealer on Monday to have the pwr rear slider looked at again. It rattles more when the weather is cold. I had the service manager ride with me today, so he could hear what I am complaining about. This will be the third time the trucks seen the dealer for this. The first time they replaced the window track and some foam as per TSB. The second, they said they couldn't duplicate the problem. So, we'll see what happens on Monday.

My 2005 Screw with a power slider has already been in three times for the rattle. They did the tsb work and also claimed to have "fixed" a couple of other things but haven't helped at all yet. They have offered to replace the window so I guess I'll take them up on it.

Happy - you ever get this fixed? i have exact same problem on my 2006 FX4 after 600 miles.
Ford - Quality is job 1. not.
