Well, my bud called and told me i could come to the dealer and pick up the truck (05 f150 xlt s-crew 5.4) because it was ready. The paperwork hasn't been completed yet, so they're mailing it to me. Here's what I've had done:

Complete new driveshaft (2 part )
New clutch packs in rear end
Transmission leaks repaired
New wiper cowling
New blower motor with squirrel cage
Tires re-balanced and rotated per tsb
New steering rack
Alignment.

The tear in the seat will only be replaced up to 7 days after the truck is purchased. Oh well, I didn't see it until the other day, well past 7 days. Another bud of mine can mend it since he's a professional upholsterer.

From what I can tell, the driveline vibe is completely gone. No more tire noise either, and the blower vent racket is gone too. Steering is much better too. My bud also threw in a free oil change.
