Aren't those the guys who use to meet up at goodyear?

Mike with the red '03 L, told me to sign up there. Never got around to it. Plus, I liked not many knowing about the supercharger.

By the way, you got a job lined up? If so, where?

Yeah, thats the goodyear peeps. No one really meets there anymore. We just organize and go do stuff on weekends now.

I'm going to houston to get my EE degree. So no job yet.

As much as I am worried about HP and TQ #'s after my install, I am more worried about actual ET's after the install.

Dyno numbers are great, however, there seems to be too much debate over actual stock HP #'s on these trucks to claim what a designated HP will do for ET's. Besides, actual ET's are the claim to fame, not a HP #.

I have posted times when I dyno'd 280RWHP (corrected) with my full mod list. According to most people and calculators, I would have needed 320+ RWHP at 5000lbs race weight to achieve a low 9.0 second 1/8th mile time or a 14.0 second 1/4 mile. I know I didnt have 320RWHP.

Some claim stock dyno #'s of 218RWHP and others claim around 240RWHP on stock trucks. I have actually seen alot more 245RWHP times for our F-150's. I dyno'd about that, Hypertech dyno sheets dyno'd 251RWHP on a stock 5.4L 3V, Powerdyne got 240RWHP stock, and so on.

With that said, Powerdyne put down a baseline run of 320RWHP@5000RPM on there 6lb kit, with no custom tuning (just Diablo programmer), and NO OTHER MODS...PERIOD.

So, even at those #'s, I am looking at 40 more RWHP than I had at my best. Which means, regardless, I should run faster even if I only put down 320 RWHP on a baseline run. That would equate to a 13.7 1/4 mile ET based on a 10=.10 ET gain.

However, I will be shifting at 5400RPM (not 5000), I have made a custom intake system (not reusing the stock box as Powerdyne does), I have an Ignition booster, Dual in Dual out exhaust with no rear cats (unlike the test model which had ZERO mods), and I have deeper gears, lighter wheels/tires and electric fans.

So, I am hoping for 345RWHP...that is my goal. If I dont achieve it, so what, I know it will be faster than it has been to date. If I do, then I can only improve from there with some headers, and maybe a methanol injection kit and a custom Troyer tune.

However, I expect no less than 13.7's in the 1/4 mile in cold weather. I think low 14's are a thing of the past for me. LOL!!! Finally.

I'll post street G-tech times until the track open up again.

Just for gain reference, I am running 14.9's to 15.1's on average now on the street.

So, when I post new times we will see. I'll post 60 fts and all that.
