I did order the xcal2 and af1 the other day though.

In one of my Truckin' mags, it has a newer f150 with the kenne bell on it, and it only produced 384hp at the flywheel.

I read that also... They had NUMEROUS problems with the throttle-by-wire. They could only run 6 and 9 pounds of boost.. any more than 9 lbs and the throttle-by-wire de-fueled for safty reasons.

Whipple would be Awesome.. Whippe website said they ship out in March 06.. Guess we'll have to see.

Maybe I can wait till then.

If that xcal2 is anything like my diablo it will really wake up your truck. Do you plan on boosting yours in the future?

only 384 at the flywheel? How gay is that.

Yes, I would like to get another poweradder in the future. Unfortunately, I don't know if it will be the near future, or more like when the truck is payed off. I miss my old procharged truck.
I think i'm gonna wait until a reliable turbo system is out there, or at least until I can find a tuner who could make a custom system work.

What are you planning on doing with your tranny?

It's "patched" right now. I increased the line pressure :o and do my best not to be stupid hard on it like I used to be. It seems to only do it with alot of hot lapping now.

After the blower install if it gets rediculous then ill start looking at my tranny options. Probally end up taking it to John Goebel and getting it worked over a bit.

I can't wait to see what a dyno tune will do for mine!!! I have the X2 and a dyno tune schedualed for late January. I wonder when they are gonna come out with that darn intercooler? I would love to add that to my setup.....that would be a nice 25hp or so at least.

I plan on doing a water/methonal injection setup on mine, or I might spray. Might support one of those nx intercooler coolers also. Who knows.

Yes, the whipple would be awesome. But, I've learned never to trust whipple on when it will be available. According to an email I recieved in august from them, they were available then, and were taking orders. The're compressors were on backorder though, but would be resolved in Oct. Still no whipple.

Fatherford- how's the racing scene like there now? Everyone still racing on valley mills? Cops cracking down any harder? I remember getting caught a few times.

We just had a real big street racing meet at the spot friday. Was out there from 11:30 to 1:30 racing. I'de say a good 30 vehicles showed up to race. No one, or alteast the people I hang out with, goes to valley anymore. To many stupid ricers out there.

Yea, I know what you mean. It seemed like everyone out there just wanted to start sh!+. But, there were always a few out there who just wanted to race.

Whipple needs to eithor put their system out on the market, or just pull the friggin project.

The way they have handled the release of this unit is very unprofessional.

Sign up on www.ntac-racing.com. Most of the racers worth knowing around waco are on it. There are quite a few baylor peeps on there with lightnings, transams, etc.
