Borla muffler's

Okay
I love the SIDO setup, but I am not sure if I want to spend up near $900.00 yet.
For you guys who have Borla muffler's on, want was the part number or name of the muffler?
I seen at their website they have 3 or 4 different name's for different muffler's.
Turbo, turbo XL, pro XS. Not sure if they sound different?

Thanks

I think the part is #140087. That part # is for the dual out the back not the side. My SIDO was around $600 something. I found it on ebay and called them and told them I was a member of F150online and they gave me a little discount. I think I ended up paying around $575.

With the cat-back kits made specifically for our trucks (SISO, SIDO), you don't get a muffler choice. If you're having a muffler shop custom bend pipes, etc., then you should have some muffler options. I went with the SIDO (same as boomer08). Yes, that's the correct p/n. I got mine for about $555 total ... before the prices on stainless steel went up.

Is their a sound difference between SIDO or just a muffler change?
I know the SIDO looks 100 times better!

Thanks

Will this part number #140087 fit the newer style F-150?
I know the Borla website, it say's the 05 has a part number of #140137.
Their is a $200.00 difference between the two.

Thanks

i had the sido on my 04 and now have the siso on my 05. borla tech said there is no difference except appearance. i think that the siso is a little louder in the cab. i have not noticed a diff inperformance between the two. the last shopping i did had a 425.00 diff between the two. while the sido does look good there is something to be said for having a stock look.
