05's with hesitation?
Is there anyone else out there with a build date after 5/05 that is experiencing hesitation? Sometimes when I re-accelerate after rounding a bend or when accelerating when 1st getting on the highway, or doing the passing gear thing I get hesitation. I also have to say that that she can't get out of her own way sometimes! Of course I can't seem to get my dealer to experience it when I've had it to him for other issues.
Anyway, I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there that was experiencing the same thing as I was. I'm curious because the last available reflash is for build dates before 5/05 and for build dates after that we are supposed to have the latest program loaded at the factory. So, I'm just wondering if I'm the only one and I'm crazy or if there was anyone else out there with the same issues?
Thanks in advance for anyone that replies.

Mines at the dealer right now for that problem, among other things. I hope they just reflash the damn engine, but I know I'll probably just get another "could not duplicate." Mines an 06/05.
Mine is 7/05 I took it in and they told me it had the latest PCM flash and that the truck was operating normal. I have a pretty good dealer and I belive him. I guess this is the best it gets. He said there is a power delay built in to help longevity on the tranny and rear end. The service manager actually told me the only way to get any better would be a programmer or chip. XCal 2 one day in the future I guess. I have the K&N FIPK sitting in the garage (for 2 months now) I need to get some time to put that in. Maybe it will help a little.
These new drive by wire motors are very calibration dependent...that said, you may not see huge improvements, but if a later calibration is available, it should help a bit.
I have an '06 (built 10/05) and I've experienced a bit of "indecision" from the transmission and the engine as I add more gas just as the engine/tranny are setting up for an upshift. It seems as though I'm catching it at that point where it's retarding the engine timing for a smooth shift and basically causing it to try and abort the gear change.
Is this the so-called hesitation that people are experiencing or are they getting a hesitation right at tip-in?
This seems somewhat normal albeit a little slow-witted on the computer's part.
