Those are my numbers

And by the way you will also need the lower air deflector as the old one will be too short.

Also i might note [here] your bolts may be larger and with some force you can still use them (air/impact wrench)

Correction, they are Ford's Part Numbers I assume the correct bolts come with the bumper parts?

Doubt it. I had to use all my existing bolts and nut retainers.

Hmmm, I figured as such. I'll make do with the old hardware then. Thanks

What was your total bill for all the parts needed? I payed $595 w/tax at my local Lincoln dealer, which included bumper, fog lights and all brackes. My final bill of $595 even included a Harly grill. The only bad thing is I have to wait 2-3 weeks
Would you guys know if the fog lights come with the black plastic ring that is between the front of the fog's and the bumper?
Thanks

FX4&EXCUTSION & asinatra,
Would you know if I need these part's? INNER BRACKETS (BUMPER TO FRAME MOUNTING) 4L3Z-17B982-AB (RH) 4L3Z-17B983-AB (LH) From what I understand is that the first # in the part # is for the year model, is this correct? If so that would make the parts from a 04 which I have. Are these part's on my truck already?

Thanks for any help you may have.

Tuff4rd it really doesn't work like that with the part numbers.

I left the parts business in 1999 but it used to be like this for the first letter

C - 60's
D - 70's
E - 80's
F - 90's

I would guess that X is for 2000-2009.

You mean the 4L3Z-17B982-AB and 4L3Z-17B983-AB aren't correct inner bracket part numbers for the 06 bumper?? Are these for 04 and 05's? If that's true, I wouldn't say you were close, but out of the solar system

So will these be needed to make the bumper work on a 04? Just for the record
