Just because you buy a 3-peice doesnt mean you have to use the alt pulley.

I weighed and measured the stock pulleys.

Stock Crank pully weighs 9.5 pounds and is 7" in diameter.
Water pump pully is 5.25" and weighs less than a pound.

The aftermarket crank pully was lighter... its on my truck now, but I'd guess it was about 4-5 lbs. Plus it was smaller in diameter. The weight was closer to the center. The stock pully has MOST of its weight on the very edge of the pully.

If you have an aftermarket set, measure and weigh the crank pully...

EDIT: I imagine that the sizes of the aftermarket pulleys are the same size as the opposite pully...Ie; the new crank is prolly 5.25" and the new water pump is 7".. I would imagine.

9lb's for the box that they came in, it looks like 2 pulley's are in there, they are 5" in diameter, at least the one on top is, I'm in a rush so when I get home from the Gym I'll take a better look at them, but for now, those measurements are correct, the pulley on bottom might be a bit bigger.
