I dont know if you still need a picture.....but seeing as you havnt gotten one yet....id drive down to the dealer and look at their trucks and compare...it would probably be much easier to see also...id imagine it would be pretty hard to get a clear shot through the glass with a camera.....plus you cant move the image around.

If they don't take care of your problems with the install, course of action depends on was this a Cash Job or Insurance Job....

Cash Job,
take picture, get quotes for repairs, and sue......but don't get it fixed intil settled.... any warrenty you have on the install, stops the minite it touched by another shop.....

Insurance Job,
call insurance comp. and adise on problems, also state that you don't want the same morrons working on your truck EVER AGAIN....they will send you to another shop and back charge the first installers.......keep in mind that dealers and body shops don't install glass, they subcontract this out.. so ask who they use before letting them do the work..

Right on canyonslicker,
I take a lot of pride and care in my installs.....would never do anything to a customers car or truck that I would'nt do to MY OWN......
