Let's See Your Seats!
Well I went to the upholstery shop today and they said they charge $55/hr. labor and they would expect the install to take from 5-8hrs. So that's roughly $400. Screw that! I might have to try and do this myself.

Does anybody have any neoprene seat covers? I've seen a couple of pretty sweet pairs and think it would be easier and cheaper to get those then to go with the leather since I don't plan on installing it myself.

Here are several threads on doing it yourself. It is not a hard job. 400 bucks is WAY out of line.
I went to four shops for my center seat. Prices 85-125-150 on the same street, same day. I then went to the next town over. The guy there just didn't need more work, but wanted to tell me how to do it myself... Helpful but I have no skill with upholstery.
So I went with the 125, just liked that place a little better.
Rear stitching should run you 48-85 bucks. That's assuming you have the 20% and the Scab rear seat.
a 45 buck (shipped) console gets you a black armrest for either console.
If you read these threads, and still have questions, just ask.

Yup, they are really fine looking.
Your seats are much prettier, but to be fair, you should post the the cost for those making comparisons.
If you were doing it with the take offs and since you have a Screw with console that's about 105-125 in black oem with a half days work.
Kinda think those pretty covers set you back at least ten times as much.
Mind you, that's cheaper than the King Ranch option, and at least to my eye it looks more plush.

That is a great price. How did you get em at cost? And what brand are they, if you don't mind?

HE!! of a price! Don't let the wrinkles in the pics fool you, those were taken fresh after the install. They are now smooth as butter. Sun and heat smooths those wrinkles out in addition to the seat foam reshaping itself to normal. Good luck bro!
Multi item post.
One, the take offs are at
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-F...QQcmdZViewItem
Or search for "f150 leather crew." in section parts and accesories.
Two
My pictures of black in gray with the Supercrew console, and with the 20%
Notice my steering wheel is the black leather. Original was black plastic, then I had a gray plastic, now black leather. The black and gray motif is all through the truck from the factory. Black with gray buttons, gray with black buttons. etc.

Frankly, it looks best with the area empty, but I need somewhere to rest my arm. You could use leather like cloth and cover the seat sides, and put a carpet over the holes and the airbag module. Still, needs armrests.
