How to Determine Truck's "Birthday"

How can you determine the date the truck came off the assembly line? On the window sticker the last numbers of the routing code indicate a shipping date of 9-22-2004 is expected. But in looking around in the engine compartment today, while during the first oil change, I found a sticker on the engine with the date of 9-23-2004 - one day after the date in the routing code. I am just wondering if there is a method or a source, 'NFRS', to get this information from. It is not a big deal I am just curious. I have a 1973 Corvette and some Corvette ownes like to collect information like this. BTW I made up 'NFRS' = National F150 Restorers Society; could be similiar to the real organization: NCRS = National Corvette Restorers Society.

The certificate of manufacture sticker, located on the end of the driver's door, only gives the month and year of manufacture. On the older Corvettes there is a build sheet located on top of the gas tank that contains alot of the build information. Just wondering if there is a sheet with the build information on it in the newer trucks.
