No real issues. The A/C isn't all that cool, but I have ventshades and use a big shade in the windshield when parked. (I live in Atlanta). A little throttle lag occasionally. A/C controller occasionally goes haywire. Occasional clunk in the rear end.

I just can't bring myself to take to the dealer with all those "occasional" problems.

As of today my 04 4x2 XL work truck has over 36,000 miles on it.
Leasing it was dumb. 19,000 a year lease and I will be well over that 58,000 mark at the end of 3 years.

It is my company vehicle. I have to keep track of personal mileage & at the end of the month I pay for my percentage of the gas (only the gas, not oil changes, maintenance, etc) Runs about $30-$35 out of pocket per month, a pretty good deal.

On the other hand, the wife's vehicle (2001 mitsu montero-sport) get filled up about once a month. She works 1.5 miles from home.

24,017 miles as now __ had it since 10-24-03 __ 22 months = 1,091 miles a month average

So far, no major problems just some small crap, third brake light leak, A/C box leak, bad #4 coil wire and initially it needed one new tire and proper balancing, that’s about it. My Ford dealer fixed everything on the shot.

I'm fixen to change my oil and rotate the tires this morning before it gets to hot out

Purchased mine in July 04. Just turned 32,000 miles. No issues other than a leaky fog light. Truck has been great so far!
