good luck
Talk about a deal, not sure if you truck was really worth 5k, maybe it was worth more. However, that is a great deal, I'll have the second greatest deal if I can get it for 23k fully loaded How do you feel about your new purchase bud, are there any complaints (at all) with the lariat? I am in the same boat as you, 17 and a college student as well.

Take care and enjoy your truck.

i love my lariat its so nice i get a big grin everytime i get in it, but ya i couldnt let that deal go they gave me a little less than i was hopin for on my 99 but it was a great pickup and i had it for 100k miles and i drove the sh*t out of it and it only cost me $100 for a dpfe other than that no problems. it did have more power than my new one but it was a 5.4 2wd. all and all i love it it rides so nice and its so quiet fillin up the tank sucks but it gets better milage than my old one. my boss buys a new pickup everyyear and the day he bought this one i took it out and drove it around and i came back to tell him that im gettin it when he trades it in. it was a hard year to wait but i love it and i dont think ill ever go back to cloth again as long as i can afford it

New 05 Supercrew 4WD Lariat purchased in end of May. Every option available (sunroof, heated seats, mirrors, tow package, audiophile, 3.73LS, power rear slider, etc..) with free Linex bedliner. $36,000 / $3,000 in rebates. So out the door before tax at $33,000, but tax, tag and title bumped that up roughly $3,000; so total of around $36,000.
