Just installed new exhaust was gonna go small, bought all the parts and everything, had a flowmaster 40 delta flow si/so was gonna just go from y back, then decided to go big, so bought a flowmaster original 40 di/so removed the y-pipe alltogether now have a nice big free flowing exhaust exiting out a huge 3 1/2" tip. I wont know for sure untill I get this thing on the dyno but Id say it lost some low end/torque, but feels like it really gained in the mid and top end. I think its way too much flow for this stock motor even with intake, tune, and tbi spacer untill you get the rpms up high enough or get more horses, but it definately flows extremely well once you are in the high rpms. As far as sound, it sounds AWESOME at start up, idle, and lower rpms where it counts cuz no ones gonna hear you when yer doin 90+ anyways. It gets quiet at the high rpms but really sounds awesome when just cruising at less than 2000rpm, at start up, idle, and when letting off the gas after haulin a$$ it pops n stuff real nice when decelerating from high speed. Definately would recommend this setup. woulda posted sound clip but you cant hear it with my video cam for some reason, my cams not pickin it up.

Can somebody embed these pics for me in the actual post, for being in the industry youd think I could do it, I hate this stuff. Or if someone doesnt mind explain how to do it, Im sure there are others that would love to embed thier pics but dont know how, Ive been through the faqs put the stupid img tag around the url but it just doesnt work. But if not no biggie, I dont care just thought it be helpful for others to see an example of a good exhaust setup that way they can make the best decision for thier own.

sweeeeeeeeet man thanks well i dont know about money but you are still looking for an exhaust arent you, ive got this flowmaster 40 series delta flow 2 1/2" si/so, center in/center out muffler i didnt use i can swing you a really good deal on, let me know if yer interested.

yeah man, i'll try to get a video, if i do get one I'll post it back in this thread. I have tried but its not picking it up, must just be one of the tones the cam doesnt like, i dont know. maybe becuz when i took the video i was at the drag strip so the cam had adjusted itself to the really loud noises of the races and therefore didnt pick mine up.
