you can get portable sloar panels with a 12v plug. they are used to trickle charge the battery. plug this into the lighter socket.
then get a small 12v fan and plug it inot the power point.
voila.

I don't really have any bad options.
But an option that pisses me off is the Trailer tow package.
You pay for a TRAILER TOW package, and they don't give you a hitch or a ball. Doesn't sound like a package to me. They do give you a relay for a brake controller. But you can't tow without the hitch/ball. haha.
I do love my truck though.
