Forgive my female ignorance, however, the Daystarr is a lift correct? Is it the 3" or 6"? Do you have a leveling kit?

Looks bad ***!

Thanks for all the comments guys, I really love my truck. I would definantly recommend this to everyone!

I might add, that since I have done this is has drawn a fair amount of interest from the ladies....this truck is a chick magnet!

I will concur on the spring compressor fiasco! We just kept at it with 1 set and eventually got the nut started enough to use it to compresss the rest. Not the safest method, by any means, but it got the job done.

I take it you swapped struts also, that is why you needed the compressors? We put the RS5000's on my Dad's 04 with teh Autospring and yeah, it took us the better part of a day, with a break or 2 of course!

No I didnt paint the LCA's, I bought the truck used and the dealership painted them black to make the truck look cleaner, but now the paint is slowely starting to flake off.

And SilverSVT, I did not replace the struts, the strut must be disassembled to inteall the daystar, it is not the same as the auto spring leveling kit.

sterusmall I am from Lakeland Fl, right between tampa and orlando.
