Back seat
As far as I know, removing the back of the seat requires removing the headrests, and seat belts too. Wayy too much work if you ask me. If you SEARCH, you can find something about it here, I am sure. If I were you, I'd just mount the amp under the seat bottom. Good luck...
PropF150,
I believe it's the same as removing the back seat from a supercab like mine. If so, you'll need a 10mm socket/ratchet and two flat-tip screwdrivers.
Step 1, use a flat-tip to remove the top square piece from the seatbelt trim, this will give you access to the two 10mm nuts that retain the seatbelt mechanism. Remove the nuts/seatbelt trim.
Step 2, remove both rear headrests. You'll see the obvious button on one side and you'll see another on the opposite side, just push in with your flat-tip and pull up.
Step 3, here it's a bit tricker. I reached in from the middle of the back seat approximately where the metal "latch" clip is and towards the outside. There I could feel the plastic retaining hooks that are inverted to keep the seat from crawling up. I found a way to place 1 of the flat-tips inbetween the hook and the metal bracket and used this as leverage to disengage the hook. I went ahead and left the screwdriver in place and did the same to the other side. This will keep the hook from being able to reengage. All that's left is to give the seat a good thump and pull up. The only pressure should come from the two metal hooks on the top of the seats that clip to the wall.

Yes...here is what I have behind my rear seat (details are in my gallery):
The directions above are pretty much how you get the seat back out, but dont be fooled they sound much easier than it actually is. Keep working with the locks and eventually you will get it out.
