Flex-a-lite efans installed today

I am not haveing much luck finding them on the net.
I know that pulley kits are availble for the new '05 Mustangs. I am 99% certain a smaller pulley for that would fit, as the alternators are pretty much a corporate item.
my AC blows colder than it did before the fans. at idle these fans are bringing more air than the stock fan dose. I am sure that in the higher rpms say 2000 + rpm the stock might draw more air but in the lower rpm range these fans do better than the stock. I can feel it cool down much faster when idleing waiting for the ac to start to blow cold air at start up on a hot day. I ordered me a overdrive pulley for the alternator last night from summit raceing but I am not sure I am going to install it as there has not been any real issues with the power reduction at idle yet. the only issue I could see is if I was running the ac on full blast and running the headlights at the same time which I never seem to do.
VSC Location
Jason, I know the instructions say mount the controller near the upper radiator hose but, that is a bad location. The heat from the hose has been the source of controller failure. I have the Flex 270 fans and mounted the controller behind the passenger side head light. This info came from a guy who has first hand experience and gave me the heads up. You might want to move it to avoid any problems. I installed mine bout a year ago and have had no problems.
Do both fans run with the A/C on?
I went with the Troyer E Fans because they run in a redundant configuration and the redundant Fan runs when the A/C is on regardless of temp. I live in Dallas and had a connection problem with one of the connection points on the redundant fan. I can tell you in 100 degree outside air temps you want a fan running with A/C or it doesn't work (short of blowing 95 degree air). All connections are now soldered (OK, thats a little ****, but the guy that installed them didn't double crimp them like he was supposed to...)
I was stuck in a traffic jam on 114 today for an hour at 102 degrees and A/C blew cold as heck and had no issues keeping up at 72 degree.
I would think the Efans directly on the radiator would be much more effecient than having them mounted farther away. (although more difficult to install)
How hard was the install? I would be interested on how your installation went. I know the shop that installed mine would have preferred a shroud install.
I can tell you the installation instructions were very detailed.

the instructions were not that great I had to go back and fourth between the instructions on the net and the instructions with the fan. the instructions on the net were much better its located on flex-x-lites web site. it took me like 5 hours or so to do but could have done it in half that time. I was takeing my time to make sure I got it done right I soldered many of my connection. every thing works perfect. the shroud dose mount right up against the radiator with rubber bulb seal arround it so all the air being pulled through the radiator. both fans do come on at 60 percent power with the ac on. thanks for the heads up on the controller location I will relocate it if I have any issues. for now i will leave it where it is couse of all the rewireing it will need to relocate.
i ran flexalite on my chevy truck that i owned. i liked the way that they worked since they had a shroud on them. it would pull the air thru the whole radiater and not just the area where the fans were mounted. living in houston then and driving in traffic they worked flawlessly.
