Well, as if getting my Xcal2 & it not working wasn't bad enough. Which I know is no one's fault but my picky a$$ truck's ECU. I got my CW black replacement grill today & the F'ing thing is USED!
I called www.performancecenter.com & they pretty much said "duhh.....are you sure it just isn't damaged from shipping". "No F'nuts. Cause it's only got 6 bolt & nuts in a sandwich bag with no instructions. I can see where someone torqued the crap out of it & pressed the boltheads into the aluminum!
" . Called CW & thay said I'm missing over half the hardware. Now I have to wait a week for the RMA slip to get here. Another week for this POS grill to get back to them. Finally one more F'ing week to get my NEW one. Last time I order anything from these guys.

Sorry, but I had to vent on the earlier post. I never had a problem with them before but after paying this much & receiving a used grill that was missing 1/2 the parts, I dunno. Maybe I should wait & see how quick they handle this before I judge. I'm not holding my breath though.

yeah, seem like everything I've ordered for this truck is comming in broke or missing parts. My fuel door came missing the keys, Xcal2 doesn't work with my ECU, & now my grill came used w/half the hardware. Talk about my luck.
I have used this vendor for 3 different trucks over the past 6-7 years and spent thousands of dollars on each of them. Not defending them for what they did to you, Just saying that I have had nothing but good service and quality parts from them. Noticed that recently they are using less knowledgeable people to deal with the phone lines/returns etc! If you have a problem I would definantly ask to talk to management. I know they will treat you right.....

it gets annoying after awhile because everything is linked to this or linked to that, it never comes "strait" from him depicting an expeirence he had, its someone elses :yawn:
