What the hell is with the RMA slip? They wouldn't rush a new one out to you? That's very poor customer service for selling you someone else's return and not even having the common sense to check the damn thing! Wonder if they sell it again.

They were sending me a new grill so the two would cross in transit (hopefully saving some waiting time). What dothey do? Send the wrong fhakkin grill! I'm returning a black one so you'd think they'd send a black one but nooooooo. They shipped a polished grill and to top it off they tried charging me more ($30) for it!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS VENDOR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
