Not much of a difference -- must have used the 1-1/2" hole?

it all depends, sometimes mine still looks like it has a rake, sometimes not, it depends how quickly you stop, if you are facing up or downhill, etc. sometiems its hard to notice. looks good though!!

I agree with SoundPer4mance, it depends on what angle you look at the truck. On the 2" holes, my truck sat lower in the *** end when it's parked in my front yard, since the ground isn't quite level. On the 1-1/2" holes, it sits level on my yard, still has a slight rake on something level, and looks perfect from a 3/4 view.

Looks good in any case.

Strange ?? My 2.0" shackle drop really leveled out my truck .... More than the look of this one. The top of my shackles came within .25" of the bed of the truck. You might want to check and see how close yours are to see if you installed it correctly.

That goes to my other ride.

And the shackles are installed on the 1.5" hole. I figured I'd start with it there and see how I liked it.

hwm3,

How has the new drop shackles been treating you? Have you had any vibe issues?

Hey HWM,

How easy was it to install? Is it something I can do myself or would I need a helping hand? I'm thinking about dropping my back end 2" to level it out. Also, how much did you pay for the shackles and where did you get them?

Thanks in advance.

Also, will these shackles work on a 4WD?
