Thank God for the for forums here. We wouldnt have a chance against them.
I'm with you man, we gotta watch out because there is always someone who will try to fill us full of it.)

...back to trucks. My apologies to the rest of you guys that are normal.
I had a reflash for my stalling problems and told the dealer I wanted a sticker under my hood. When my truck was done, I checked . . . no sticker. I went back in and asked the manager why no sticker. He said they were supposed to and would find out why they didn't do it. When he came back out he said they were no longer doing stickers and I got the same story . . . it's stored in the PCM so any Ford Dealer would be able to tell what the new code was. Since I had planned on getting the Xcalibrator, I was adament. He said "What does it matter, why do you need the sticker?" I told him that I tracked all maintenance on my vehicle, and it was my right to know what was done (no, didn't mention I was getting a tune). He reluctantly told me that he would have to bring the truck back in the garage and hook it up to the computer to read it. I told him OK and waited another hour, but did get the sticker. You might need to be persistent with them.
I did get the tune, TROYER ROCKS.

You're not the only person on here that posts answers, so don't think you're always right. You're a waste of time except when you're talking about something about trucks, and even then I have no respect for your answers any more because of what you write about my comments, so I won't be reading yours. Just remember, like I've said before, your exhaust stinks just the same as mine and everyone else's does. Get off my back bro.
Show me where I haven't answered a question or helped someone with a concern to my fullest ability. I'll forward the E-mails, if it'll make you feel better, that I've received and replied to from other members (with their okay, of course) where I've taken time away from this board and away from my job (at a Lincoln-Mercury dealership, BTW) to try to help someone. Search and you'll find a post or two where I've offered to come out to someone's house and look at their truck. '04-'05 F150 concerns, HVAC, electrical, I've posted there. I'm a little weak in base engine repair and EEC concerns, but I help out there when I can. Search and you'll find the TSBs and service messages I've posted. OASIS reports and warranty history, I'll get you those too. Go to Flatratetech.com, I post over there as well, helping people on my free time with their vehicles. No, I'm not always right; I never said I was, but I try. I know people have been snowballed by their dealers, leaving them with trucks that ain't right. Short of putting a wrench on them myself, I will be here as long as the staff will let me to do what I can to help wherever I can. So don't you dare make judgments towards me without doing your homework first.
