Someone needs to get rid of that fried egg effect on their blazing yellow FX4.

you can get em off ebay for about 100 bucks for the set of 7. It's about 60 foe just the upper 6 peices. I'm thinking about getting one myself but I dont know how it would look with a brushguard.

Yup, just bolt over the existing grille. I got mine from Moss Motors. Real easy to install. Took about an hour while playing with my dog and drinking 2 beers.

Brewdude,
I see your inserts are from carriage works and they look awesome. Are yours aluminum or stainless? Does anyone have the inserts from ebay from this seller? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33645

(also i believe Thumpers remarks were towards your turn signal bulbs in the headlights)

*sigh*..alright..tell me what I need and where to get it. Im not searching for this one. Ive searched and searched for info on level kits and wheel/tire combos. Im all searched out. But, i do have my autospring sitting on the floor next to me, and decided on my wheels and tires which I am ordering next week.

Polished aluminum. There pretty heavy duty to be honest. I really wasnt expecting something this heavy and strong. Got 'em here http://www.f150store.com/Shop/ViewPr...&PlateTypeID=1

yea, iread the thread and said, hmmm i wonder how that stands out on my truck??? open up my gallery oooh. must say- the sweet yellow really sets off those bulbs- rock on- yer truck is sweet

hahahaaa- man this site is great- not to hijack the thread or anything- i join the site in january to learn more about the truck-- buy new or used? now i have a new 05 (04s had the bad vibe) ive got the black grille guard, lights, the extra fx4 tag, rollbak cover in the mail, and autospring in the mail. and now im stuck with the decision to buy new shoes/rims for my baby, or get tuned.

Same here... the ultimate question, what to do first. I decided to do my exhaust first. Then the grille. Next will be Autospring and wheels and tires at the same time. I held off, so I could do them both at the same time. Next will be the Tuner, but I may get my headrests embroidered somewhere in there first.
