With the blocks do you notice any axel wrap or wheel chatter when you come out of corners. I have the pro comp six inch lift on my truck and notice it sometimes when i come out of corners. I think if i got rid of the blocks it would stop. Yeah and the coilovers make the truck ride super smooth for a inch lift. Truck looks good man congrats.

I think my next mod would be a driveway.

How do you get away with tinting the windows like that? In Ca., I'd get pulled over in a heartbeat. I heard that tinting the windshield was a violation of federal law, not just state law. Have you been stopped for this yet?

 

I did get stopped but it was for no mud flaps. you really cant tell that its tinted looking out.
driveway is on the other side but I do need more parking!!

How much was it minus the X-plan and rebates if any?

 

xplan was like 35670 with 2500 in rebates. so 33170
except I took the rebate.. I knew I wouldnt come up with the $5300 for the lift and tires for awhile so that helped!!
man those tires are spendy, I thought 225 for swampers was bad on my dakota. I think the toyos were 366.ea

they are louder than stock, but not bad. (I'm used to swampers)
they ride nice too.

 

so I hopped in my dakota, not having driven it cense I bought the f150, and noticed how much better I liked the gearing. the f150 w/35 and 3.73's isnt going to cut it. The dak had alot more pull to it. I'll have to race them side by side...
I think I'll start saving for 4.56's

 

well, anita said another week or 2 on the xcal2.. I got the LT handles and the SS grille, I hhope to install it this weekend. I'm going to also paint my grille silver to match the truck. next mod will be tail lights, just cant find one I like.
