just installed three red lights above marker plate

Just finished another little mod on my truck..... I have always been a fan of the three little red lights above the marker plate...... so I installed them.....

however I was bad.... I used them off a late model CHEVY!!!!!!!!

the reason is the design is cleaner looking... its a single bar instead of three sperate lenses...... I also tinted it so during the day you cant really even see them-

now my truck looks like a real truck from behind. Cant wait to install my roof clearance lights so it looks like a real truck coming down the road at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is pretty cool! Much better look than the line of fire thing I've seen. Nice mod!

Not to mention that every line of fire I've seen has a section burned out. How do you replace an LED? Buy a new line I guess. Marketing 101.

Not too bad! Don't the Superduty's have similiar lights too? I think the Dodge work trucks do as well?

anyways, cool mod, and like the others said, better than that cheesy Line of Fire LED light.

lol Looks cool! You know if you wanted a real truck you could always buy an F250! j/k

My wife is always ribbing me about how comfy my F150 is compared to her F250.

oh I wanted an F250 in the worst way just for a diesel.... but the interior of the F150 and the price of the diesel/auto is what drove me to an F-150 instead.... but I really do love the truck and so far does what I want.
