For those wanting MB Off-Road Gunner 6 wheels

I've been waiting for my chrome Off-Road Gunner 6's from discount tire for about 3 weeks now (17x8). Just got a calll today and they said it could be another 2 to 3 months before they come in.
I really hope I like them, since I told them I wanted to wait it out. My BFG 315/70r17s are just sitting there waiting. This is killing me!

That's all, just had to vent a little.

Haven't paid for them yet, but I think they said they will be around $193 a piece. I don't know exactly what the hold up is. I just know that all of the warehouses are out of them, and they couldn't track any down locally. They could get in earlier, but the guy from discount tire wanted to give me a conservative date.

My guess it that too many people from this forum heard about them and bought them all up. Bastards!

I would say that you shouldn't have a problem with 12.5s on the 18 inch wheel. It's towards the narrow side, but shouldn't be a problem.

Have you checked the availability of the 18s?

Discount tire also didn't have a problem ordering mine.
The problem is me having to wait for them to arrive.
