I'm not a new member and I have never seen it. Every time I go to the Ford dealer, their presentation thing isnt working. I guess the DVD Player is NOT Built Ford Tough
That was honestly, the best 20 minutes I ever spent looking at something on the web. Makes me all that much more confident about my pending purchase ('05 F-150 S'crew 2WD). Thanks for posting that.

what it does for me is answer the question on why these trucks suddenly got heavy in the redesign. After seeing the heavier duty parts, it's almost justified.
All of the GM guys that go off on their lighter weight trucks... well I just think of that unreinforced front end...
and Toyota retains their title of 7/8's truck.

Not all the facts, ford chose to leave certain information out.
AKA the dodge that they rarely showed.

At the same time, anyone that has their heart set on a Hemi Ram isn't going anywhere near a Ford. I think this tries to keep the fenceriders from going Toyota or Nissan and a little FU to the GM fanatics.

Well, I can say from experience that the frame does what it is suppose to.
When i hit that Camry broadside at 40+ m.p.h. I barely felt the impact inside the cab.
The frame had to be replaced on my truck, but, it did protect me.
Frames can be replaced, people can't.
Another thing i learned....i never really knew that Toyota Camry's could fly.

I have also drivin my friends Ram 1500 4.7, it was my 2nd choice before purchasing my F-150.
It excells in different areas, I chose the F-150 based on these differences:
Dodge rode like my old 01 F-150, unrefined ride with bed hop on the freeway.
Dodge interior was noisy, including wind whistle through the windows.
Other than that, i believe it ranks #2 when looking at all the full size trucks on the market.

I also own a 2003 Jeep and 2002 Caravan. Both of them suck as far as the heating and cooling system goes. You can't direcet the air flow in the direction you want. I also saw this in the Chrysler trucks. This was one feature that I really liked in my F150. Sometimes its the little things that count.
