why go thru all that just buy a superduty with a v10 already in it

That would be wickedly awesome! If my 4.6 ever dies, I'm gonna go with a V10...I had thought about it before, but I decided it wouldn't be worth pulling my engine out to do...But if my engine is ever just shot, then, well, it's V10 time!
Also, I have a 427 big block in my Jeep CJ5...

The posted topic was putting a v10 in a f150, not buying a superduty.

I would pay more for a f150 with a v10 than I ever would for a superduty!

Im interested in the power potential of the new 3 valve v10's. Would be interesting to see what one of those would do with a forged internals and some boost.

The procharged 5.4's are easily putting 400rwhp to the ground. Very interesting indeed.
