Do you have the flip-out ash tray? That's the source of my dash rattle. Flip it out and see if that doesn't eliminate the noise. Mine rattles only when closed.

Also, I know it sounds silly, but if you have any change in your ash tray? I had some in there a while back and could figure out what the noise/rattle was. Removed the coins and it stopped. Worth a look-see.

With mine, it's not actually the ask tray itself, it's the flip-out door. When the door is closed, I hear a deep sort of rattle when I hit bumps. If I open the flip-out door, the noise goes away.

I also heard rattling but come to fine out, it was the armrest compartment area. I have my CD's and sure enough it sounded like it was coming from the center dash area; behind the radio. So if you have any loose items in the armrest compartment U need to secure it /remove it or foam it to make it rattle proof.

I have a little rattle and it's coming from the fuse pannel in the passenger floorboard. Has anyone else had this?

Yeah I had a lot of noise coming from the center console area during stops and quick starts. All my items were sliding around on that piece of junk squar piece of carpet. I went and purchased some carper similar to speaker box carpet and carpeted the whole center console. The floor and the sides. Nothing moves around now... and if it ever does it just runs into more carpet instead of a plastic side, so I never hear it.

boy..everyone knows me in here! lol Is that a good or bad thing? :-P Well, as far as rattles, I taped up every loose wire I could inside my dash, so I have everythign pretty secure now in there. The rattle I can't seem to find at the point is something insde my drivers door, but I'll have to take apart my door panel again to find it.
As far as my truck, it's back in the shop, it's been there now for 2 days, the vibration in the steering wheels keeps getting worse and worse it seems and there cluseless to whats causing it. They told me they might just add a dampning kit on it??

as far as the rattle in Bamascrew's truck, I can't really say off the top of my head what it might be. I'd have to hear it frist to tear something apart to fix it!
